Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that your participation in any in-person or virtual sessions/events offered by Chyrs Kyng, http://www.ChrysKyng.com (including but not limited to all affiliated brands of Chrys Kyng), its officers, directors, employees, practitioners, agents, and representatives, is entirely voluntary.

2. Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that participation in these sessions/events may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage. You expressly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

3. Waiver and Release: You hereby waive, release, and discharge Chrys Kyng LLC, http://www.ChrysKyng.com (including but not limited to all affiliated brands of Chrys Kyng), its officers, directors, employees, practitioners, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of Chrys Kyng LLC, http://www.ChrysKyng.com (including but not limited to all affiliated brands of Chrys Kyng) or otherwise, while participating in any in-person or virtual sessions/events.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chrys Kyng LLC, http://www.ChrysKyng.com (including but not limited to all affiliated brands of Chrys Kyng), its officers, directors, employees, practitioners, agents, and representatives, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may occur due to your participation in these sessions/events.

5. Health and Fitness: You certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the sessions/events and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

6. Binding Effect: This release is binding on you, your heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.

By clicking the checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it, and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
